Define services. You can access your accounts overseas or wire money to someone over seas. They do card replacement when overseas but you have to call for that
I don't work at chase bank
As I walked into the bank I got slapped in the face with the powerful moldy smell of hell. They six desks yet one banker. So I have to sit in this horrible stench for 20 minutes to get attended.Closing my checking account now. It is a shame that this branch is pure trash.
2 hour wait to open up account. 4 chairs with a great deal of other customers not able to accommodate due to the number of chairs. Chase needs to hire more staff for the amount of customers waiting. 5 other individuala were waiting for this same amount of time.
I went to cash a check and make a deposit, I discussed it with the teller and after agreeing with me she said yes it will be available. I tyrned back around and asked her again to ensure that my funds would be available since I was with my kid at a baseball tournament 2 hrs South. Not even 30 minutes later I went and checked at Publix and I couldn't use my funds. Woke up Sunday to find out she pretty much lied to me because the check not cash deposit like we spoke about was still pending. Thanks Lisa and Chase, If my girlfriend wouldn't have gone with us me and rhe kid would have been stranded with nonfiid or gas. I called Sunday and they said the check wouldn't clear till Tuesday. I will be shutting it down soon

Always have issues with the ATM's here! Have to wait 20-30 minutes just to use the one that's available.
I read reviews and nearly didn't go in the young man Angelo who helped me open new account was EXTREMELY helpful and very patient I have been customer of BBNT bank for years they never were helpful NO customer service glad I gave Chase Bank a chance
It's Friday and everyone is here to cash their checks and they have ONE TELLER working the customers inside. I've been standing here for 20 mins so far and he was only seen 2 customers , I have 10 others in front of me. Wow.. this is horrible, changing banks!!j #chasesucks

Went to make a cash deposit for mom. But since I'm not a Chase customer they can't take cash from me?! Not only am I not a Chase customer, I don't plan on ever becoming one. Told Mom she needs to find another bank!

Love Chase and very thing they offer. The staff is very helpful.
Woman got very angry and argumentative when I told her money from a pending transaction was not restored to my account. Probably going to withdraw all my funds from this bank, as they lost 300$ of mine and are acting like it’s not their problem.

Always a long wait and only 2 tellers on a friday the busiest day.

This branch is okay, but if you need to see a personal banker it could take awhile. I have never seen more than one working at any time I have been there. When I lived in the Seattle, WA area, there were always at least 2 in every branch on duty at all times. Customer service seemed more important there.

Had trouble initiating on line banking for a business account opened ages ago in another state. Tried the on line banking phone number and tech support but still didn’t work. Went into the Ft Pierce branch and waited only about 5 minutes before a banker named Lina invited me in. She solved the problem immediately, got me set up paperless, helped me download their phone APP and ordered me a new Debit card as mine was expired. This marvelous gracious woman should be made Executive VP Customer Services or Tech Support!!! Thank you, Chase.
